WHY: LITA needs and appreciates your support!
You and your friends are invited to spend a Sunday afternoon at Perry's in Larkspur on May 7 celebrating Party A La Heart, our annual fundraising event. We will have a silent auction with many fabulous items including everything from restaurant gift certificates, luxurious spa passes, museum passes, themed baskets and fine wines, to experiences like attending the Marin Symphony, or flying on a private plane.
We are excited to have an amazing raffle package that will knock your socks off. It will be a Monterey Dream Adventure with an overnight stay at the Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa which is located on the water on Cannery Row, (a short 10 minute walk to the Aquarium). Tickets for the raffle are available for $20 each or three for $50 and may be purchased in the office, by mailing in a check, or at the event. The winner will be announced at the event. You do not need to be present to win.
At the event you will have a chance to mingle with nice people, eat delicious food, drink tasty libations, and bid on enticing auction items that support LITA.
We will have live music courtesy of Arthur Javier who plays guitar and sings songs from great artists like Cole Porter, Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis, Elton John, Andrea Bocelli and the Beatles. Arthur has performed throughout the Bay Area and in Europe, Latin America and Asia. There will also be a short presentation thanking our outstanding volunteers.
