Whistlestop Wheels has changed their name and their phone number. Their new name is Vivalon Rides.

CarePool

Telephone Reassurance Program
The Telephone Reassurance Program has been replaced by Caring Connections (a collaboration between LITA and Vivalon) which we describe elsewhere on our website.
Well Connected and Well Connected Espanol are programs run by Front Porch. It is a community where participants 60 and up can explore, laugh, learn, and share experiences, building caring friendships along the way. Well Connected is available 365 days a year and is free of charge.

Meals on Wheels is a program that provides home-delivered fresh, chilled meals up to three times each week for homebound older adults. The program is administered by Vivalon.

Marin Villages is a nonprofit that provides programs and services for older adults living independently. There is a membership fee.
